Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • 30-Day Limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

  • IMPORTANT: Please contact us at webmaster@ocarinawind.com before initiating any return or refund. All refunds must be pre-approved by the store owner before they can be processed.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment automatically.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at webmaster@ocarinawind.com.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Please email webmaster@ocarinawind.com to request an exchange. Once approved by the store owner, we will provide further instructions.

4. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Insurance: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
